Summary
The Truck/Trailer Mechanic is responsible for maintenance and repair of trucks, trailers and equipment. Depending on skillset this may be two positions that focuses on either trucks or trailers.
Essential Job Functions
The Truck Mechanic is responsible for maintaining semi tractors, pickup trucks, forklifts, loaders, telehandlers, and other equipment as needed.
Typical Duties
• Perform annual inspections
• Performs preventative maintenance
• Diagnoses and repairs run ability and drivability mechanical issues
• Orders parts
• Performs service calls and after hours calls as needed
• Maintains maintenance records
• Performs heavy duty maintenance including rear ends, transmissions, etc.

Receptionist (Fairbanks/Anchorage)
Summary
The Receptionist is responsible for answering and accurately directing all incoming calls, customers, and visitors professionally and positively while providing general office and clerical support with a variety of tasks and activities for the Freight, Household Goods, and Billing department.
Essential Job Functions
The Receptionist is responsible for the overall operation of the phone system while performing clerical tasks using multiple systems. The receptionist must be punctual and have the ability to multi-task all responsibilities while taking full ownership and accountability of his or her work. Must maintain composure and effectiveness in the face of competing and complex demands while using excellent written, verbal, and computer skills. Must be open, willing to learn and take on new duties.
Typical Duties
• Responsible for locking and unlocking the front door
• Answer, screen, and forward all incoming calls using the provided flow chart
• Greet office visitors and personnel in a friendly and sincere manner
• Process daily accounting procedures such as credit card payments and cash receipts
• Master the use of all software programs to include Microsoft Office Suite
• Maintain multiple spreadsheets
• Scan documents into DocRecords and check for accuracy
• Process all outgoing mail
• Filing for accounts receivable and accounts payable departments
• Maintain copy machine, credit card terminals, postage meter, and shred bin
• Ensure organization and cleanliness of the file room
• Assist billing, freight and household goods departments as needed

Summary
The Local Driver is expected to provide safe, reliable, and courteous transportation to our customers with the use of company provided semi-trucks.
Essential Job Functions
This position will primarily consist of local delivery operations involving positioning and moving trucks and trailers on and between various facilities. On occasion, the deliveries will be required throughout the region.
Typical Duties
• Operate company-owned trucks to facilitate local deliveries
• Maintain all required certification required by DOT and OSHA and company safety programs

The Crew Leader / Helper is responsible for the operation of the customers move. They may drive company vehicles as assigned and be responsible for supervising the crew, loading, packing, and inventorying shipments as assigned.
